Welcome to an irreverent, not-at-all comprehensive blog about my couponing exploits in Montgomery County, Maryland, with some annoying cats sprinkled about. Try not to step on them; they get ever so cross. Also there may be some law stuff here and there, but not too much, because most law stuff is boring.

Aveeno clearance shampoo moneymaker at CVS!

So the Aveeno Active Naturals Nourish + Volume Shampoo (and maybe conditioner? - look for red print on the bottle) is on clearance at CVS, but is still counting toward the Buy 3, Receive $10 Extra Bucks deal this week. Sweet moneymaker, Batman! (What?)

Here's what I did:

Bought 3 Aveeno Active Naturals Nourish + Volume Shampoo 10.5 oz $1.94 each, regularly $7.79 each (clearance - your price may vary somewhat)
Buy 3, Receive $10.00 Extra Bucks , Limit 1
Used 1 $2.00/2 Aveeno Products Internet printable coupon (http://www.healthyessentials.com)
And used 1 $1.00/1 Aveeno Product Internet printable coupon (http://www.healthyessentials.com)
Paid $2.82, Received $10.00 Extra Bucks
Final Price: $7.18 MONEYMAKER

What I actually paid: $2.82 - $1.00 quarterly Extra Buck + $0.28 sales tax = $2.10 paid out of pocket. Walked away with $10.00 new Extra Bucks.

Net Cost: -$7.90
