Welcome to an irreverent, not-at-all comprehensive blog about my couponing exploits in Montgomery County, Maryland, with some annoying cats sprinkled about. Try not to step on them; they get ever so cross. Also there may be some law stuff here and there, but not too much, because most law stuff is boring.

If bored, feel free to follow me on Twitter @madcatdisease

My Massive Sunday Haul, 8/25/13

Sorry this is so late, the two people who read this blog. I worked all weekend so I didn't go shopping until Sunday night, and then again today. I took advantage of the $4/$20 Rite Aid coupons that were printing out of the Catalina machines yesterday; I used one Sunday, which went fine, and then Monday everything went to hell. For some reason the $4/$20 coupon is no longer allowing any other coupons to be scanned with it, and if you scan it last, it takes off all other coupons. WTF?!!! I was able to get a manual override. That be some bullshit, Rite Aid.

Overall, I cleaned up this weekend, ending with a 98% savings haul. But I didn't count the Purell and other stuff I purchased at my first Staples stop in DC after work, because I can't find it. I remember it being in my car, I remember putting items from the other stores I went to into the same bag because I was low on bags, but now that Staples stuff is missing and nothing else is. Gremlins are screwing with me, y'all. I'm losing my frakin' mind.

ANYWHO, here's what I did Sunday and Monday:
