Went back to CVS; This time I used the 20% shopping pass I talk about here.

And used 20% Medicare shopping pass (took off $6.39 - amount was lowered $1.00 by use of $5 health care purchase CVS coupon)
Paid $10.56, Received $10.00 Extra Bucks
Final Price: $0.56 ($0.11 each) for 5

Bought 4 Nature Made Vitamin B-12 3000 mcg 40 count $10.49 each, regular price

Used 4 $2.00/1 Internet printable PDF coupons (RiteAid.com)
And used 2 $4/$10 Nature Made purchase CVS coupons that printed from Magic Coupon Machine Sunday and Monday this week
