Welcome to an irreverent, not-at-all comprehensive blog about my couponing exploits in Montgomery County, Maryland, with some annoying cats sprinkled about. Try not to step on them; they get ever so cross. Also there may be some law stuff here and there, but not too much, because most law stuff is boring.

If bored, feel free to follow me on Twitter @madcatdisease

Note: Nothing on this site should be construed as legal advice. Trust me, you can find a better lawyer ANYWHERE.

Don't forget to add your Rite Aid purchase of Revlon beauty tools to your Single Check Rebate tally!

If you purchased your Revlon emery boards before today this week, they still can be tallied toward August's Single Check Rebate. You get $2 for every $5 spent, up to $16, if I'm understanding the rebate correctly. The rebate appears to be cumulative, so even though you didn't spend that much on the tools this week, when added to what you spent earlier this month you may be entitled to more money coming back your way!

You can enter receipts for the August Single Check Rebate until October 4. If you bought any tools earlier in the month (since August 1) and haven't entered in the receipts, you probably want to do that (which is why it's important to keep those receipts!).
