Welcome to an irreverent, not-at-all comprehensive blog about my couponing exploits in Montgomery County, Maryland, with some annoying cats sprinkled about. Try not to step on them; they get ever so cross. Also there may be some law stuff here and there, but not too much, because most law stuff is boring.

Harris Teeter Triple Coupons, Day 1

Every week I visit the Coupons by Dede clipping site and look for coupons that are similar to coupons received in the Washington Post except for the face value; while we receive many $1.00/2 coupons here, other regions receive $0.50/1 or even $0.75/1 instead. So unfair. I stock up on coupons for items I'm interested in buying at a grocery store that doubles coupons. This habit really comes in handy when Harris Teeter triples coupons!

Here's what I picked up on the first day of this oh-so awesome week. I tried to take advantage of as many deals as possible so that this post truly packs a punch, so most of the deals I only did once.

Remember: HT store policy allows you to use 2 like Internet coupons or 3 like manufacturer coupons, and you can only double (or in this case triple) up to 20 coupons a day. You can use more than 20 coupons, however; you just have to make sure that all coupons in excess of 20 do not need to double (here, for instance, I used 23 coupons, but the 2 Milo's Kitchen and 1 Lean Pockets coupons were both over $1.00 face value and therefore would not have doubled).
