Welcome to an irreverent, not-at-all comprehensive blog about my couponing exploits in Montgomery County, Maryland, with some annoying cats sprinkled about. Try not to step on them; they get ever so cross. Also there may be some law stuff here and there, but not too much, because most law stuff is boring.

Harris Teeter Super Double Coupons Shopping, Day 4

So today's trip to Harris Teeter had a few surprises. The Philadelphia cooking creme catalina deal is over, le sigh. BUT the four packages of 93% lean beef, which is on sale this week, had $1.00 peelies on them that you could use IF you bought the cooking creme! So I bought the four 93%s and the four cooking cremes separately in my first transaction in the hopes of getting another $3 catalina. But no dice. :-(

In the second transaction I bought two Kraft Fresh Takes - I've been carrying around $1/1 coupons for these all week, but this is the first time I actually found them anywhere! I also found another Ortega coupon; thought I was out of those. And while there was yet again no Stride gum, there were a few Mentos Up2Us for the taking! I also found a clearance package of angus beef that I boguht so that I could use my $3.00 Philly catalina from yesterday. Overall a better trip than I thought it'd be.
