Welcome to an irreverent, not-at-all comprehensive blog about my couponing exploits in Montgomery County, Maryland, with some annoying cats sprinkled about. Try not to step on them; they get ever so cross. Also there may be some law stuff here and there, but not too much, because most law stuff is boring.

Harris Teeter Super Double Coupons Shopping, Day 3

Did you know some people refer to Harris Teeter as Hairy Titty? hehe

OMG y'all the pickings were sliiiiiiiiiim today. It didn't help that I didn't make it to the ol' Hairy Titty til 8pm, I'm sure. I'm giving up looking for the Nivea lip balm as I only have 2 $1.00/1 Facebook coupons and I'm using them at Walgreens this week. I'm still hoping for some damn Stride gum though. We'll see.

Also, I'm excited about this new $1.50/2 Kraft coupon that can be used on the Philadelphia cooking creme! That's a staple at our house.

Bought 3 Secret Clinical trial size $3.00 each, regular price
Used 3 $1.00/1 manufacturer coupons with no size restrictions from previous Crest packaging
Final Price: $3.00 ($1.00 each) for 3

*That's a bit overpriced compared to all the clinical antiperspirant I recently got on clearance, but it's so cute and little! Easy to travel with.*

Bought 3 Neutrogena Make-up Remover Cleansing Towelettes 7 ct $2.50 each, regular price
Use 3 $1.50/1 manufacturer coupons from SS 1/8
Final Price: 3 FREE

*I actually got $1.50 overage from these coupons as they did not scan in properly at this store and had to be entered manually, thus fully doubling by $1.50. I'm not sure why it didn't work; it worked at the store I went to yesterday (and the coupon, while excluding some items, does not exclude trial/travel sizes).*

Bought 2 Kikkoman Soy Sauces $1.59 each, regular price
Used 2 $1.00/1 Internet printable coupon (smartsource.com)
Final Price: 2 FREE

Bought 1 Blue Diamond Almond canister $3.35, regular price
Used 1 $1.00/1 manufacturer coupon from SS 1/29
Final Price: $1.29

Bought 2 Arm & Hammer Fridge Fresh deodorizers, $2.49 each, regular price
Used 1 $1.00/2 manufacturer coupon (package insert)
Final Price: $3.99 ($1.49 each) for 2

Bought 2 boxes Shake N Bake $2.69 each, regular price
Use 1 $1.00/2 manufacturer coupon from SS 2/12
Final Price: $3.38 ($1.69 each) for 2

Bought 2 Deer Park 24-pack 0.5 liter water, $2.77 each, regularly $7.49 each
Saturday only eVic special, now $3.99 each
Final Price: $5.54 ($2.77 each) for 2

*People pay $7.50 for water?! WTF?! My stock-up price for this much water is $2.50. But we're running a bit low so I decided to go for it.*
