This is Buffy. Buffy is a cat/squirrel/mouse hybrid who escaped from a Johns Hopkins laboratory and assimilated into a litter of kittens I took in from my backyard in Baltimore four years ago. THIS IS ALL TRUE. She even squeaks like a mouse.
So today Glade released new coupons on Coupons.com that are even better than the ones in the newspaper: $3.50/1 instead of $3.00/1. Also it had been reported that Carmex Moisture Plus lip balm was on sale for $1.50 or less, and a coupon printed out for some people last week from the magic coupon machine taking $1.50 off the purchase price, making them free! So I took the fiance's card (since the Glade deal is limit one per card and I had already done it yesterday), and did the deal.
Alas I did not get another $3/2 CVS coupon for the Glade, but it's still a pretty good deal even without it being a moneymaker this time. But it turned out the Carmex was on sale for $1.19, making it a moneymaker after CVS coupon!

What I actually paid: $4.19 - $4.19 Extra Bucks (one rounded down 5 cents) + $0.97 tax - $0.97 paid with gift card received yesterday = $0 paid out of pocket. Walked away with $5 Extra Bucks and remaining balance of $6.38 left on gift card.
